Yang Fudong & Prada

I am conflicted about this. It looks and sounds like one of his art pieces but it's an advert for Prada. Does it being an advert preclude it from being a piece of art? Does the shallowness of its intention mean it is without depth? Is this a hollow simile of his art films and if so how would one intellectually differentiate between them?
